Township Building Requirements

As of July 7, 2004 the Township Board of Supervisors adopted the statewide building code -- Uniform Construction Code (UCC).

FEES
The complete Township fee schedule is available by clicking here.

If you are planning a project, call the Zoning Administrative Officer to see if a permit is required. Application permit forms are available at the Township Building.

Each application must be accompanied by a plot plan and three copies of specifications and plans drawn to scale.

Fences: Fences are subject to township ordinance, and a permit must be obtained before work is started.
